1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the corizen.co.in website and your engagement with Corizen Consulting Private Limited ("Corizen", "we", "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Corizen provides Supply Chain Advisory, Platform Engineering, and SAP Consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate signed statement of work or service agreement, which takes precedence over this page in the event of any conflict.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables produced for a client under a signed agreement belong to that client upon full payment. Corizen retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, methodologies, and general know-how.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing (for example, naming a client as a reference with their permission).
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Corizen's liability for any claim arising from its services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing law
